Terms: Cash, at the time of sale unless the customer has already established credit with Nicholson Tree Farm.
Conditions of Sale: We guarantee our plant material to be true to name and healthy when it leaves Nicholson Farms; however, we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to livability of any nursery stock sold once it leaves Nicholson Tree Farm, and will not in way be responsible for the condition of the plant material resulting from transplanting and the subsequent care of the material. We reserve the right to require a deposit on orders for field grown stock to be dug, or plant material not to be picked up immediately. All sales are final. No substitutions or cancellations will be accepted for field grown material after an order is dug.
Claims: All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. In no case will our liability exceed invoice price.
Prices: All prices are FOB our Farm in Clayton, NC, and are subject to change without notice. The prices listed do not include covers and tie down material. Quantity price discounts may be available.
